I wish....then I could just drop 'em into some hot water and everything would be MUCH better! (grin)

Actually, I having to translate some VFP code that interfaces with a VB modem program (I only inherited the VB thing - I wrote the VFP thing) into Java, having had some Java classes about 4 months ago.

So far, I've managed to peg my frustration meter to '12' (never mind the one that goes to 11) about twice in the last week or so, and it ain't gonna get much better anytime soon since most other in this office are learning Java the same way I am.

So, I'm working out my frustrations with this topic....and if the frustrations get much bigger, I might just start arguing the neo-con side of something, just for the heck of it!

>>>>As is your non-reply. If you are going to take me to task on my history knowledge, then please - enlighten me. Who allowed the first illegal immigrants into this country? Seems to me they became 'legal' via squatter's rights and then turned around and brought all the other 'illegals' in - and most of them did not come here by choice.

>>>Good luck. Jay is heavy on emotions and light on details.

>>Yeah, I know. But my choices are "Beat my head against a Java rock" or.....
