Sometimes Visual Foxpro 5.0 don't compile edited .prg file and on debug window show message

Source Is Out Of Date

If I trying to togle option "compile before saving" in editing window, on save foxpro generate error "cannot write xxx.fxp file". You must quit VFP and delete those .fxp files.
How solve this problem?
