Thanks for the sugestion Tim. Someone else sugested that to me also. I will try to have the customer do that. Although my installer (it is just a setup project where .net 2.0 is a requirement) just installs the .net 2.0 installer that is shipped with VS2005.
I wish I could talk to his IT department so I could find out the specifics of that signature application.
