I guess I'm not sure what you mean? Each tab represents a step. I want my user to be able to click back to previous steps to see their information, and see the disabled future steps so they know where they are going. The completed steps are color .bmp images placed on a commandbutton, and the incomplete steps are disabled commandbuttons with a greyscale bitmap image. These buttons would be lined up at the bottom of my form, but they will not all fit across the form, so I wanted to be able to have a horizontal scroll bar that would only control these buttons.

I am open to any ideas, so if you feel a progress bar would be a good solution, maybe you can explain that idea a little more.
