Sorry, I read your message too quickly and didn't understand what did you want exactly at first. I know what you're talking about for the Web forms (we're using Wizard with showing steps at the left in one of our ASP.NET pages).

You may use container with buttons with graphical images as one of the solution. I believe there could be better ideas too.
