Yeah, eating right before I went to bed was a killer for me, as far as weight goes - and yeah...BIG HARD habit to break. I've switched to things like a handfull of pretzels, apples or oranges for snackies type things. That seems to be helping, but the biggest thing I need to do is get my fat buttocks out of the chair.
