Make a rule (hard to do if you have family members) that the tv doesn't get turned on unless you are on the treadmill (even if it is walking), a bike, or an elliptical machine while watching :o) I would say doing situps or something, but you might just lay down on the floor to watch tv instead :o)
If you can't swing any of those, get a hula hoop :o)
