VFP Apps Always takes Focus - Can this be changed?

Ok, perhaps it should be looked at from the opposite perspective. Instead of the main app (not JIT) trying to get focus back (after the apps launched via JIT steal the focus), how about the prgs and fxps launched from JIT look for the other app and shift focus to it if it is running?
