I hate the "ribbon" in Office 2007. Fortunately, it looks like InfoPath doesn't use it.

But where in the Help (or wherever) can I learn about the general concepts and principals of the product???????
I mean the simple things like:
- Are there directory limitations... do all 'projects' have to go in the same folder or can I have different ones for different forms sets?
- Where can the data be stored?... Must it be with the forms themselves?
- What are the limitations on the data used by the product?
- What are the typical steps needed to make a series of forms with data usage?
- If datatype(s) on an existing form are changed, what is the impact on existing (blank and filled) forms, if any?
- How are user-completed forms returned to InfoPath and is there administrative notiication that new forms have arrived?
- Is there any real-time interaction between OutLook and InfoPath?... Is OutLook mandatory or are there other ways (with what implications if yes?)?

Thanks
