Not sure what you mean by that, are you talking the size of the field?

If so that is not what they are talking about they are talking, about the width of the box in the report. Drag the box out to about 3 inches wide and see if the problem goes away.

Also check the format tab of the box and make sure the Format Expression is not set.

If it still shows **** you may have a record in your data file with a numeric overflow in it.
