As a Southern boy, I need my NaCl, lol. In my case, I think I'm just too doggone sedentary.

>Plain ramen wouldn't be so bad. It's the spice packet that's nasty. (And the part that gives it its flavor, of course). Just reading the sodium content on the nutrition label is enough to give you a heart attack.

>>I weigh about 210 lbs, 6'1" tall. All of that weight is in my gut. The rest of me is all skinny. My Dad was the same way and my grandfather was the same way.

>>I eat next to nothing. I rarely eat breakfast or lunch. Maybe, at best, 1800 calories a day. My wife is 5'1" and 94 lbs (size 4 soaking wet) and she routinely out-eats me.

>>Some years ago, as an experiment, I went to an all Ramen noodle diet for a few weeks and dropped to 185 lbs but it wasn't sustainable; wasn't healthy. I gained all of my weight back in a week after leaving that less-than-healthy diet.
