I have an application (VFP9) to handle the agency heads events/calendar.

the app can import speeches, scan in paperwork, attach contacts, staff members, and photos etc., allow for follow up comments to be entered...

Now I am asked to attach emails and their attachments to the event.
We use exchange server, the application runs on win2003 under terminal services.
how can I get at the users email which is in outlook on the local machine not on the terminal services machine.
I guess I could install outlook in TS and use outlook interface from VFP
but is it possible to connect to exchange remotely and get a list of emails, select one to read in the text, save it to a table, also copy the attachment(s) to a certain folder and like it to the event at hand?
