Is there a more maintainable way to code VFP automation of Excel other than "dead reckoning" of cells e.g.

What I generally do is to create a cursor that has the same layout required by the spreadsheet and the push the data over to Excel using _VFP.DataToClip() and then use the Worsheet's paste() method to paste the data into the sheet.
