In addition to the advice you have been provided so far, you might be interested to know the XSource source code has been placed into VFPX (http://codeplex.com/vfpx) so the Fox Community can maintain it moving forward.

So if you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to make them and even jump in as a project manager or developer to get the improvements to the community.
