Hi Jawad,

There are a lot of commercially available libraries to allow you display maps and pointers, such as MS Mappoint or Google Maps. There are three problems you may run into:

* Geocoding. Not sure if there are any apps out there to do street address to map coordinates translations for Iraq.

* Number of plot points. The libraries I have worked with tend to "puke" when exceeding 1000 points or so since each is maintained as an instanced object with it's own attributes and consumes resources.

* Pricing. Most of these libraries can get really expensive and only can be cost-justified with a large customer base or huge software price-tag.

Potentially, you could use a bitmap map and work out an address to pixel coordinate conversion method on your own but it would be an incredible amount of work.
