In the server, key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MRXSmb\Parameters\

I set OplocksDisabled to 0 and restart the server, but it don't provide the solution.

If I run the application inside VFP(Do MyApp.exe) it get few net work resources and performance is good.

If I run the application out side VFP(just click on MyApp.exe in Windows Explorer) it get many net work resources and performance is decrease user by user.
