I'd like to see the full AIDS comment in context. What I've heard is that he said he believes the government that perpetuated the horrific experiments at Tuskegee was capable of creating AIDS as a weapon, and that it was in response to a congregant holding that belief. I'd like to know whether that is, in fact, the context.
FWIW, it's my understanding that his belief is fairly widely held (not as in a majority, but far more than just a fringe viewpoint) in the black community.
I did hear some of the right brain, left brain stuff, and found it laughable.
My previous message was my comments on the Moyers interview, which I saw in its entirely, and thus feel more able to comment on.
