Then I'm lucky - I got a pair of stronger reading glasses, a 2.0 diopter, and they're focusing just too close. The optician chose the lenses for reading, not for 20" monitor (plus another 19" that stands vertical to the right). I tried them for a while, and they're excellent for reading, but for the screens my old $5 glasses of 1.5 are still far better - and that's with normal font sizes.
