Interesting that in all the political discussions here, none have really been on policies. Mostly the somewhat heated discussions are simply catch words bandied back and forth. Let's start with one: poverty. I found this interesting (I'll try to match it later against their speeches and policies listed on their sites):

Personally, I'm not sold completely either way on Obama yet - a LOT concerns me but heck, a LOT concerns me about all 3 candidates. It needs to be the best person for the job and the best of this bunch hasn't really been determined yet - I'm still researching and watching :o) I've now studied the policies of all 3, watched all of the speeches and debates (except 1) of the Dems, and the two Dems are just too similar. As to McCain, that's another story.

>As for him, he's not similar, he's McSame, just maybe a bit worse. While W is just blindly convinced that he's right and can't say two sensible sentences to explain why, McSame can probably speak for quite a while, make much more sense while at it, and would self-assuredly cover the areas about which he has no clue (economy, foreign policy... wait,is there anything else important left?).

>Just an impression, though. He may be much more dangerous than that.
