My WinNT 40 Workstation (Service Pack 3) has gone mad... Nothing realy works any longer. Here are a few error messages i get:

When I install a new program:

Cannot find network.drv
Cannot create program folder or icons.

When I startup WinNT:

The service SERVER don't start with the following error message:

ERROR 1130: Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

I don't know if this means harddisk-space but I got lots of that left...

Can somebody help me, or do I have to do a reinstall of everything?
