Stonefield is really great if you are using views. When you use SDT to maintain your table structures etc. the views are automatically updated for you. When you send updates to your clients, you send the SDT metadata info along with a copy of the updated DBC and run an SDT update. No need for a program to make the structure/view change. We have built the capability in our update procedure to run a before and/or after update program to do things like fill new fields with data etc.
