The new VFP9 SP2 Help file was released. People have been having problems getting content to show. Craig Bernston blogged about a potential fix: https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=5060433&postID=6754552774883689485

I'm running Windows XP SP2. I had a similar problem with a .chm from another company. The instructions to fix that problem involved browsing to the location of the .chm, right-clicking on it, choose properties. At the bottom of the general tab should be a Security section. To the lower right corner there should be an unblock button. Click that, then apply. Worked for me.
