The only problem, though very minor, is that after it has aligned all the objects there are lots of 'little black things' where the objects where. I guess they are the outline created when the objects were selected. I have tried using paint, draw, refresh etc. to get rid of them but no results. Any ideas?

At runtime it recovers from any scribbling over the form. Didn't try it from a builder, but it might work.
