For sure. I'm sure it's commonplace for church or temple members to disagree with individual sermons. However, this church had an overall agenda that matched Wright's sermons if you looked at the church's website ... so in my view Obama's position is more akin to attending an Orthodox temple with a fiery rabbi and then claiming you're not Jewish.
