>Now, accessing the Invoicing link in the Setup section, I can see my invoices, including today's. When I click on the appropriate link, the invoice appears. However, it comes up in a popup, and there is no menu on that popup, or button on the page to print that invoice. So, at the moment, I'll have to capture a screen shot, then print that. I'm losing patience with this.

I have added the menu in that window.
