Are there any good code generators for Visual Studio that will just bang out an application or user form like the Visual Foxpro wizrds would do?

I'm talking about pointing to a database table, choosing the fields, and *BOOM* a CRUD form is made with just a basic IO form?

I'm interested in having this for WinForms, ASP.NET and especially WPF.
