You may not need to go through steps 6-8 in VFP 5.0. If what you're seeing is your name and company defaulting in a dialog where you have the option to change them then you don't have to worry about that. When your customer installs it he will either see his name and company (if setup finds them in the registry) or the information will be blank.
I don't know of any way to keep setup from compressing files.
>Thanks for the help. I have the article and have gone through the steps in the example. I have two questions. First, when I follow the protocol and get to step 5, the info in Source Media Description already has the change made, i.e. "1","Disk 1","ACMSET16.EX_","" is already "1","Disk 1","ACMSET16.EX_",".". Do I still need to run steps 6-8? Also when I do run the Setup in the Disks folder, it finds info on my computer for the Name and Organization Information dialog. Will this be blank on the distribution CD? Obviously I don't want the setup to show my information on their computer. Also is there an way to shut off compression in the Setup Wizard since I am going onto a CD. It would save time in the process of running Setup Wizard since I have a very large application to distribute (about 20 megs).
