Following are just some of the benefits
-> Windows cannot recognize more than 2TB in one volume. Linux can.
-> Although the system has 4 GB of RAM, Windows will hardly use it. Linux will use as much as you give to it.
-> We are also expecting a drop in CPU usage by turning to Linux.
