>This would be awsome to get the Cup on the 100th birthday of the club. I wonder how much professional clubs (from all sports) did last long enough to celebrate their 100th anniversary...

Don't know about other sports, but the two major leagues in baseball settled down around 1904 with 8 teams apiece. Some of those teams have moved in the interim, but the following are all still in the places they were then:

American League

Boston Red Sox
New York Yankees
Chicago White Sox
Cleveland Indians
Detroit Tigers

National League

Philadelphia Phillies
St. Louis Cardinals
Chicago Cubs
Pittsburgh Pirates
Cincinnati Reds

Interestingly, the other three NL teams all have the same names they had, though they've moved: Boston (Milwaukee, Atlanta) Braves; New York (San Francisco) Giants; Brooklyn (Los Angeles) Dodgers. In the AL, that's true only for the Athletics, which moved from Philadelphia to Kansas City to Oakland. The St. Louis and Washington teams changed their names when they moved.

P.S. And yes, if anyone cares, this is off the top of my head. I didn't look it up.
