Ja, that's a good point.
On the other hand, as far as I have heard there is no native Windows API to do so, unfortunately.
There used to be some examples using DECLARE INTEGER fCreateShellLink in "STKIT432.DLL", but that's a Visual Basic DLL, does not ship with Windows.
And there is "iShellLink", which is a COM Interface, too.
Will you post the solution if you find one?
