I am talking about the Application builder. I used the Application wizard then invoke the Application builder by right clicking the project and select Builder. I am then presented with the "Application Builder" - it is here that the general,advanced, etc tabs are greyed out. I am only allowed to access the data, forms, & reports tabs.
