The truth is, I pictured it more like Jill needing to convince the (singular) client first of this newfangled idea of "folders": she "reaches over", creates the link manually or via remote connection, tells him that the files will be there and how should she name the folder best to make sure he remembers ? Think back on the video on how to handle a book<bg>, this is the level I visualize for this client.
