You can always try Gambas2 or Mono
I tried Gambas2, almost a VB clone but i never find out how to make reports :-( Never the less, I found it more or less similar to fox on objects.
( I guess mono could be easy too, but didnt have a form designer, or at least, i didnt find it on the instaled package )
