'Morning Frank,
What addons (if any) have you installed in Firefox? I've been using Firebug for development purposes, and since disabling it for the UT I haven't seen the problem since (crossing fingers, knocking on wood, etc.) Another method I tried was to install
Fiddler and set Firefox to use an auto proxy configuration script through Fiddler to see what the problem really is. I could not get Firefox to fail in that configuration.

was a setting somewhere in my account setup to enable audio alerts for replies and such. Darned if I can find it this AM.
