This forum has an optional membership you can purchase which enables additional features (i.e. searching past messages and downloads and FAQs). The membership is optional. You can post as much as you want for free and all responses are free as well.

The typical process is to mark the appropriate message as the solution (see the buttons at the bottom of each message) and any others that were helpful as help. The message with the solution (or best option if that is the case) will show up with 3 stars during searches and messages that were helpful will have a single star beside them. This aids others in the future to quickly locate resolutions to similar problems when searching.

Also, a thank you is always appreciated and the best way to show your appreciation is to return the favor. In time, you may see other users posting questions and you may know a good resolution for one of them. Help that developer out and respond with your idea. What was that movie? Oh yeah, pay it forward. :o)
