So after further inspection and turning the light on over my desk the decimal is not a decimal it is a comma and it appears in all numeric fields in 1 table contained in a larger .dbc

Also there is a floating zero at the end of the input field once you start inputting numbers.

Hurray for clarity. HELP!!!!!
