You wouldn't believe the number of times I've had dogs run in front of my car while driving inside the city. We have a leash law but it really is not enforced.


>Or DOB. Yes. I do sympathize with the person who lost their dog, and people do zip around that curve. There is a long straightaway, 45 mph zone, after crawling through the center of town (such as it is). But the sign makes it sound like the motorist was the only irresponsible party.
