Apparently when you use the flax.vcx for form design (Wizard) and if you have numeric fields within the flax.vcx designed screens if you do not change all the numeric fields to textboxes and point the builder to the proper data field then you will have an extra or floating zero within the table and when you are doing the input you will see commas after the first number.

So I guess the solution is do not use wizards or at least not ones with extra zeros.

Thanks to all for your help I got pointed in all the right directions and just crawled out.
