Yes I do have password field and password entered therein and their is only 1 user and password who can get to this info.

I do not know how to use the debugger except for ,prg files this is a .scx with command button code (I probably just don't know how) however even if I could, I do not know that any error would show up when I open the password.scx file and enter a userid and a password
it does not matter if either are fake it just opens the management.scx.

I am fairly confused on this one and have tried examples from MS and old code I used way back in Fox 2.6 dos (which just does not work anymore) and your example and a few others the validation is the problem I do know that much!
