In a property of what? The email message? Or a property of the table?

In the first case, just go ahead, whatever you are using to send a dbf as an attachment is surely capable of sending text in the message.

If you mean the table properties as seen in a DBC, these are stored in the dbc - so if you'd want to send those too, you'd have to send the DBC as well (which is then three files more and not sure to work on target location, for possible pathing issues and validation settings - all other tables would be missing).
