Dunno, but. . . When XP came out the reports using ?? sometimes ran verrrrrry slow when using a network shared printer. I had to redo all the reports using the report forms. There are enough controls, etc. in the report generator so I was able to recreate the original reports. Never the less, I prefer using ?? and controlling all the logic within the program because it gives me much greater control over the report making it relatively easy to create just about any kind of report imaginable without sometimes wondering what the heck's happening. OTOH, using report forms the graphics are nicer and the reports do look more "up to date."
