I'm playing with my first .NET website and seem to have trashed it by renaming the folder it is housed in. Is this a forbidden act? and is there a legal way to rename the project?

Also, can the data specific controls like the grid and the formview be used with a VFP database and its tables? I can't seem to come up with a connection string that alows editing.
