They are already in the separate project. I added this project to my current project. Are you saying I should not have done that? I want to be able to quickly change the classes if needed.

Also the important thing for me is to be able to drag and drop these controls to my Web Pages thus I need them on the Toolbox.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
