At the time you issue "REPORT FORM ....." has the data all been gathered into one cursor or do you have one main cursor with one (or more) related cursors?

In either case, could you post some dummy date. Use the < PRE > and < /PRE > tags (without spaces) to format the data in a monspace font. For example

This way, you might get more exact help, rather than psuedo code you need to interpret.
