Probably it is peculiarity of Vista 64 . foxrun.pif existed for VFP8 SP1 , there was no such a file for VFP9 SP2 after installation and it worked.
After deletion/renaming of foxrun.pif, it started to work in VFP8

Regardless of this change RUN xcopy in Windows XP pops up DOS black window, but in Windows Vista I've got the error: RUN|! command failed. It is not a problem to switch completely to CreateProcess, just wondering what is the problem and how map RUN to cmd.exe in Vista.
