Since a .VCX is really just a .DBF, you might need to look into some database repair tools. If it's just logical screw ups in the class formatting, you might be better off with a restoring a known good backup to at least retrieve the classes that are acting strange.

Since it won't open in the class browser, you might be able to try copying the classes from within a project to another library, or even using the command CREATE CLASS...FROM to copy the classes to a new library.
