Alright I got it Really!!! I designed a quick report their is no data environment whatsoever until after I run the cursor to fill the report (I have never done this and it is exciting)!!!

I am however still faced with the issue of the report still shows the order the data was entered as opposed to the date of the record.
If this would help I can send you a copy of the .frx with data after or no data before the cursor is run?
