Hmm...you must have selected a different default set-up than I did. You should be able to add this to the menu.

- Click on Tools > Customize
- Click on the Commands tab.
- Select Project. On the right-hand side "Commands" drag and drop Project Dependencies & Project Build Order onto the Project menu option.

I think so, especially if it's code you maintain vs third party code (see my response to Naomi).
