Corn is in short supply these days. They either need wheat or a suitable substitute. Seems like this whole free trade and oil price and production/distribution based on the market may be devastating for some countries (who don't produce oil). We are giving them 1 million, and I'm okay with that, but what is being done long term to help their plight?
