Hello Bonnie, I typed it in using EM - the only thing I can think of which might have a bearing on it , is !, I changed the field length of KeyName from varchar(50) to varchar(100) after entering the data - but I thought all varchar fields were "Self Trimming" :-) - obviously I was wrong - thanks for your interest
